What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, business name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form.

• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.

• Clients: business contact details and the information we need to deliver the work you've asked for.

• Website use: basic technical and usage data collected by cookies, where you've agreed to them.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).

• To deliver our services and send invoices (contract).

• To send our newsletter (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

• To keep business and tax records (legal obligation).

• To understand how the site is used and improve it (consent, via the cookie banner).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Wix), email and newsletter tools, CRM and project software, our accountants, and AI tools we use to deliver client work. Each works under contracts that require them to protect your information.

International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months.

• Client and financial records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by HMRC.

• Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
